I did my first Dietbet back in January; it was a great way to start off 2015. I am about to start my 3rd Dietbet. I am on a rollercoaster when it comes to eating healthy and exercising. I just have to work harder and make it a priority each day to work out. My goal is to do my first 5K this year and to reach my goal weight of 135 lbs.
I have been focusing on portion control, eathing something small every 2-3 hours, cutting off my eating at the same time each night, drinking more water, taking better care of my skin, running, going for walks to clear my mind, and getting more sleep.
