I'm the type of person who can achieve anything when I put my mind to it. So after a month-long hiatus from working out, I'm back in the saddle, determined to hit my fitness goals.
I have a total of 8-10 lbs to lose, but honestly, it's about how I look and feel and not about a stupid number on the scale. The DietBet I signed up for requires me to lose about 5.5 lbs in 4 weeks.
