This is my first time in DietBet and I believe this will work for me because I have committed to all of you that I'm going to lose 4%! as of right now, there's 575 players in this game that could potentially read this. I'm telling each one if you that I AM going to lose this weight! 

My strategy? Well, I have a recent diagnosis of Crohn's disease, so my biggest challenge is going to be battling fatigue, med changes, and stomach issues. And, I haven't really worked out in two years. But... I'm determined to feel good again! I'm determined to feel like I did two years ago when I was training for a half marathon! I've gained 30 pounds since then, and at the highest weight my husband has ever seen me! So... What am I going to do about it?

I'm going to workout EVERYDAY. Even if it's just a mile in the treadmill... I'm going to do a workout streak. I'm also going work up to jogging again... And then running. This will be slow but I'm committed to running again! I'll be lifting weight 3 times a week to help build muscle and increase my metabolism. I'll also take advantage of the local gym's pool and elliptical machine for a change of pace!

Also my first goal is workout everyday.  If I workout, I don't let myself to eat junk...Cuz I figure I wasted my workout if I do. Fruits and veggies on hand every day will really help me eat right!
