Today was a Pilates day so I did an hour of reformer. Then, 60 mins of powerwalking in the heat (90 degrees!) and I was ready to pass out!
I also do a slower evening walk every day with my SO after the sunset when the temperature drops a little. It's so much nicer to walk when you're not sweating bullets and don't have to apply tons of SPF prior to stepping outside.
Tomorrow I'm going to do an unofficial weigh in. I'm pretty confident I'm on the right track. Foodwise, I'm eating pretty clean and sticking to my macros (high protein, lower carb, moderate fat). Now it's just a matter of being consistent and keeping this up!
