  • Go from approximately 180 pounds to 160 pounds

  • Achieve this goal by:

  • Maintaining a healthy diet--with one free day per week

  • Engaging in Two UBWOs per week

  • Engaging in two days of core exercises per week

  • Engaging cardio four or more times per week.

  • Maintaining  160 pounds throughout the year

  • Racing n the VA Senior Games 5K bike race

     

  • Taking at least one week-long bicycling vacation
