So i told myself today that i was going to use this blogging tool on here every day of the challenge. Just to keep track of my Eating and working out. I have a fitbit but this will help me also. 

Today i have been a bit moody and emotional i get like that sometimes. and its probably because i have not worked out in 2 days and feel shitty, i didnt sunday night or last night. So tonight im going to kick ass downstairs in the gym! lol. 

So Far today i have eaten. 

Breakfast- Herbalife protien bar, and Herbalife tea. 
Lunch- Herbalife shake, and tea
Dinner- Grilled chicken salad with strawberries and mozzerella cheese, carrots. 

And i am about to go work out super soon.  Starting tomorrow im going to blog at the end of the night so i can track calories and lots more.
