Today I have completed my first week and as agreed in my first blog I stuck with just one small change. Today I can happily say that drinking just your recommended water intake for your body weight worked amazingly well. In just a week I lost almost 4 pounds and I am half way to reaching the first month goal in the transformer.

Don't get me wrong this was such a demanding challenge in its self. For me I had to drink 4 litres of water. The first two days I felt as though I was going to drown in the water and felt that it was too much. I even thought I had done the calculations wrong and had my partner do the math. Sadly it was correct, and to make matters worse my friend joined me on the water challenge and only had to drink 2 litres of water which she moaned about by the way.

I found that drinking 4 litres of water however I did not want to snack during the day and that my main meals were shrinking as I felt fuller much quicker. The only exercise I did get however was carrying my 6 month old son repeatedly up and down the stairs so I could go do my many bathroom trips. However I was kept busy this week as my son and his dad were both poorly and needed too be looked after which was good in a selfish way as it stopped me from doing too much all in one week.

This week I will continue to drink the recommended water intake, but as well I will try and walk more instead of relying on the car. And with a baby in tow this is a time consuming challenge in its self.

Compliment of the week " you can tell your losing weight. Your ass is a funny shape"
