Today is the time that i plan out my week.  what i will eat and what exercise i will do.  The goal this week is to do at least two classes at the gym and go to the gym monday-Friday before work.  Focus Focus. I got this!!!   MY goals  in taking this journey  are   

  • To start it and to finish it 
  • stay on track 
  • cut out process food, limited soda to only drinking on a cheat day  
  • eating more beans and lean meat 
  • drinking more water half my body weight 
  • eating lots of veggies and fruits  
  • workout 5 days a week for at least 30 mins 
  • Pre packaging my meals 
  • creating a workout area in my bedroom
