Well I am back at it and here to stay I hope! I have been trying to get back on track for about 6 months now with absolutely no luck. My body since my 2 surgeries is struggling to lose weight. I am retaining water no matter how much I work out or drink water. I have been going through up and down emotions giving up along the way than restarting then giving up again. I am so over it! It is time to get back on track. Time to no give up, just because we fail doesn't mean to stop trying! I got this, you got this, we all got this!

THE STRUGGLE IS REAL!!! I've had a very difficult time trying to lose all the weight I gained since I had gotten sick last year & my mom passing away on Christmas Eve. Now, I'm FINALLY back on track doing LCHF (intermittent fasting with a low carb/high fat diet). Today is Day 11, & I'm down 8.4 pounds. WOOHOO!!! Girl, we may have fallen off the wagon, but we haven't given up. YAAASSSS GIRL, WE'RE IN THIS TO WIN IT!!! LET'S DO THIS!!! :-)
