I lost my first 102.9 lbs by changing my lifestyle by following The South Beach Diet Plan. I got to the point where I was feeling guilty when I would eat something unhealthy. On March 17, 2014 I started Weight Watchers and I'm so glad I did. It gives me the freedom to eat the foods I like in moderation. In 17 weeks I have lost 37.1 lbs for a grand total of 140 lbs. My plan is to get down to 148 lbs. This Monday, I will be starting PiYo...I'm totally excited about that and that will also be the start of my first DietBet.

A fellow weight watcher :) I've had the same parcours as you, started out with south beach to end up at weight watchers. Although my results aren't that spectacular. Wow well done, what a change!! I don't doubt you'll be succesfull in the dietbet challenge as well :)
