I lost my first 102.9 lbs by changing my lifestyle by following The South Beach Diet Plan. I got to the point where I was feeling guilty when I would eat something unhealthy. On March 17, 2014 I started Weight Watchers and I'm so glad I did. It gives me the freedom to eat the foods I like in moderation. In 17 weeks I have lost 37.1 lbs for a grand total of 140 lbs. My plan is to get down to 148 lbs. This Monday, I will be starting PiYo...I'm totally excited about that and that will also be the start of my first DietBet.
