Well, I am joining this DietBet thing. I think it will be fun! My husband and I have totally changed how we eat. We've been eating clean, staying away from processed foods, sugars(replacing with Stevia), and junk. I took it a step farther because I over 100 pounds to lose and went low carb MWF, high carb TRS. You can have a cheat day or three cheat meals(I prefer items) a week. I had a headache and low energy the first few days, but the first 10 pounds came off quick and I lost 5 inches the first month on my belly! Wow! I'm in! We'll see how this goes for motivation! My daughter and I are both in this. I'd like to see us continue with these..it's fun! :)
