Hello DB players. I’m traveling this week and I only have few minutes to share with you.
It has been 10 hr. and 40 since I get up; and I already burned 2,893 cal. I have 7 more hrs. to go. I keep working out early, but I’m afraid my intake of food is going to be little because we are very busy here.
I have all my per-cooked food. -The trick is to find the time to eat it, hahahahaha
OK guys…this is the last week, and I want to encourage everyone to push one more time. Remember….You are what You EAT, so DON’T be Cheap, Easy, or Fake. Exercise not only changes your BODY. It changes your MIN, your ATTITUDE and your MOOD.
