I am an emotional eater! I know it, yet I'm in a pit.
I eat when I'm angry, worried, and or stressed. I don't eat bad food when I'm happy.
I know that eating poorly hurts only me, yet it feels like it's my only control.

I've tried all sorts of diets and done well and done poorly. This concept is great since I'm competitive.
I'm going to add grapefruit oil to my water daily and see if that makes a difference.
