I want this to be my last "trying" to lose weight. Looking to 2015, there are many changes happening in my life. It is a very exciting time, and many of the particulars of the changes are still unknown and out of my control. I have come to realize that I do have control over what I eat and how I treat my body, and I am choosing in 2015 to have total control of this! Does that mean I will be perfect 365 days in a row, of course not. But I can make an effort to have as many in control days as possible. Here is to 2015, all the knowns and unknowns, and most of all, to treating myself with respect and believing that I am worth the hard work it will take to make me the best me I can be. Bring on the new year!
