Every year I set the goal to have the healthiest/most fit body I've ever had. I've set that same goal for at least 7 years now. This is the first year that I actually believe in my goal. I usually set up pinterest boards, write in a journal, take "before" pictures and never get to the after picture. I have started many work out programs and have NEVER completed the program. I joined Weight Watchers in August of 2014 and lost 16 pounds in 4 months and went down a pant size! This was the most progress I had made in 7 years. I am encouraged and Weight Watchers was my kickstart. I am American and have gotten so use to the "Right NOW" results. We can drive through places and get food quickly, we can apply for a credit card and have money to spend right away, we also have the promise of so many different diets/pills/food programs that will help us drop X amount of weight in such a short period of time. I have learned along the way that this is not the way to go about weight loss. "Slow and Steady wins the race", is what they say, and they are right. The best way to get results is to put the time and effort into yourself. You are worth it! One quote I saw somewhere along the way is "time will pass whether you do it or not", which I have used many times to encourage myself. Time really does go by so fast. I have started the T25 workout program so many times. 10 weeks is what it runs for and when it's all broken down into the 5 days a week and  you take it one day at a time, next thing you know, the 10 weeks are up. I have challenged myself to complete the T25 program. This is a challenge I will take one day at a time, and at the end of this challenge I will have already completed 4 of the weeks and have 6 weeks to go. Crazy to think it'll take me into the middle of March! Enough rambling for now though. I'm excited for this challenge and to see what this new year will bring me. Best of luck to you and here is to great results. Take things one at a time! One day at a time, one meal at a time, one decision at a time.
