We're so close to the end, and I was wondering: what is everyone's motivation to continue to work towards a healthy lifestyle? For me, other than the weight loss and increased strength, I've noticed great improvement in my skin, particularly my scalp. During the first couple of weeks I eliminated milk, cheese, and sugar from my diet, and my seborrheic dermatitis was completely gone for the majority of my time during the dietbet challenge. I have been struggling with it for years trying to find natural remedies to help alleviate it. I introduced cheese back into my diet last week, and had a flair up. I 'm sure the increased water intake, no fast food, and exercise helped with reducing it. However, without starting my journey towards a healthy lifestyle I would have never known the triggers for my SB. So what's your motivation to continue after the dietbet challenge is over?
