having gone through a yoyo dieting this time I'm trying to do something different. I am working on habits that will work for me once I lose the weight. I want to build solid weight lifting, walking/running, hiking and cycling routine. Also make meditation part of my life, cause it de-stresses me and brings mindfulness to my life. I really want to build up on that instead of having strict restrictions without any real gameplan for when I reach my weight goal.
