We're well into the 3rd round of my transformer and I'm still at it. Even though I already hit my Round 3 goal, I've REALLY slacked off for the last week (since I won a kickstarter and my next one doesn't start until tomorrow). I only gained 2lbs, but my falling off the wagon lasted a little longer than I intended. Not to mention it's my ToM. It was a recipe for disaster.
My weigh in for Jillian Michaels isn't until tomorrow - but I'm back on the wagon TODAY. I woke up, made a healthy breakfast and met 2 of my friends for a run around Green Lake. I walked 1.5 miles to the lake, jog/walked 3 miles with them and did my 5k training on the way home. Tomorrow, I'm meeting a couple of other friends for a hike up Tiger Mountain. I'm back baby.
This is my formal commitment to myself that the Jillian Michaels Diet Bet will get me to my Round 6 goal and the lightest I've been in 2 years. I will start tracking my food again - I was really good in January, experimented with NOT doing it in February and it really slowed down my weight loss.
