I love Thai Boxing and weight train, usual I do the dumbell at home 1-2times per week and 2 session Thai Boxing traing. However I love Junk food ... T.T Chocolate, Chips, Candy... I think I can eat less of the junk food and have a healthy diet on my future

I wish I can build up more muscle, burn more fat.
