I know it hasn't quite been a week since I started this challenge but I figured I'd post this now because starting tomorrow I'm stepping up my game. I am beginning the couch to 5k in the morning. I know this is a huge step for me but it's something I've been needing to do for months. I wake up every morning at 6:30 am and should begin my set about 7:00. I also have found a smaller food portions challenge as well. With that I will be using a smaller plate to eat and no more than three items for meals no bigger than the size of my hand. I don't have the money to eat as healthy as I would like so I hope this will help as well. My body aches from the workouts this week must mean I'm doing something right. Had a deep muscle massage done on my back last night, something like I've never had before. Today my lower back feels bruised but I'm sure it will help me in the long run. Hoping about every two weeks I can make an appointment for it. My last problem I'm working on is my water intake. With the help of the others in this I downloaded the reminder app to drunk water. Will update about once a week with how everything is doing.
