As the Nebraska winter comes to a close I come to a sense of new determination! I want to be 100% healthy. Not 60%.. not 90%. 100%. With that comes better discipline on my part. Sure I am training for a half marathon that I am running on May 3rd but I want to be motivated once that race is over.  I am going to use Dietbet to do that! I hope that even the smallest change can set in motion the habits I want to establish for the future!!! :D
