For some years I've struggled with weight-loss. Running was my first and primary method but about 3 years in, when it was becoming less effective and I was suffering more and more minor yet immensely irritating leg injuries, I found Shaun T's Insanity.
Then, the weight started shedding slowly but surely. Now I'm either at a plateau or at a weight that my body finds to be my true weight. I'm not ripped, though. While I've gotten satisfyingly close thanks to two previous DietBet challenges, that body didn't last long. During a challenge I am able to find the motivation to workout twice as much, eat less, eat cleaner and refrain from temptations (more often). Buuuut, as soon as the challenge ends, I go ravenous. Within the following week I find myself at my pre-dietbet weight/physic. Disappointment and stress incur.
This time around, I want to find a way to not only lose the weight, but sustain it off after the challenge. If YOU know a way to battle a sweet tooth, to stave off the hunger beast, to find the satisfaction and joy that will compliment the emotional void that yummy yum yums fill... please speak up.
