Day one of this challenge went okay for me. I did 35 minutes on the treadmill, lifted a few small weights, and did 100 squats. I barely started working out again almost two weeks before this challenge began so going to the gym is slowing becoming part of my everyday routine.
For some reason I was really snackish yesterday, but I'm sure it was because I tried to skip dinner all together. Big mistake! I did have healthy snacks but even healthy snacking can do damage if the portions are not controlled. So today I will learn from my snacking mistake and make sure I eat three meals and portioned snacks. I'm so excited and can't wait to start seeing changes.
