Today I was craving Tofu.  I've had Shirataki noodles before in homemade Pho Bo, but today I wanted to try them fried.

Tofu Shirataki Noodle Bowl Recipe (Serves 1):

House Foods - Tofu Shirataki Fettuccine Noodle, 1 package (113 g)
Mizkan - Nakano Rice Vinegar, 2 tbsp
San-j - Organic Tamari Gluten Free Soy Sauce, 1 tablespoon
Splenda - No Calorie Sweetener (Not Packets), 1 tsp
No Name - Sesame Seeds - Plain, 1 tsp (2 g)
Mandarin - Soyfoods - Tofu Firm, 100 g (1/4 package)
Foreway - 100% Pure Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp (15 g)
Sun Bird - Stir Fry Seasoning Mix, 1 tsp
Dole - Colourful Coleslaw, 85 g (1 1/2 cups)
Sambal Oelek - Ground Fresh Chili Paste, 5 g (1 tsp)
Generic - Planters Salted Peanuts, 10 gram

Thoughts:  I would use less vinegar next time.  Oh, and I added Sambal Oelek for a little heat. I was a little worried about the noodles breaking up when I fried them, but they were very sturdy.  So for next time I would let them brown a little more.
