Made a bet with the boyfriend for 10 bucks to see who can lose the most starting today till Sunday!
Also at work we have our own type of Hunger Games called the "Workout Games".

Instead of fighting for our lives in some random part of the world being attacked by nature in all of her ferocious forms... we're taking it easier haha by tracking success through a points system.
Every hour of working out = 1 point
Being that this is the initial week of the games we all get a prize. Hit 5 points and you get a $5 gift card to... JAMBA JUICE!! Oh yeaaaa!! Never been, so of course I'm game!
The next week though it gets pretty REAL

So my week is looking like this:

Then the office "Workout Games"
All I can say is... today is gonna be a great day! **in my Ice Cube voice of course**
I'm using several avenues to help with my journey. Not only am I in a myfitnesspal group for women on fb, I'm also apart of a group called "Geek-Physique".
The woman that started the group is like a super hero or something. Plus she's a geek like me!!
She has 8 week transition idea that I subcribed to.
Every week she sends you an email with a nerdy password: Luke Skywalker by example
This takes you to her website that has tips for the new week along with advice being that we need to take things slow when transition to a healthier lifestyle.
Last week (along with the week before) I get 2 cheat days, but the transition I had to do was eat 5 small meals a day.
This was a breeze because I already started the week before doing this so no problem right? Right!!
Along with the 5 small meals I had to emilinate junk food, get at least 7 hours of sleep, and I cannot eat 3 hours before bedtime, and of course... DRINK MORE WATER.
For week 3 I must: Eat colorful foods(the brighter the colors, the fresher they'll be), and eat low-density foods and some type of protein at every meal (salads and any veggies or fruits) AND I only get 1 cheat day...
ONE CHEAT DAY OMGGGGGGGG
So I'm going to:
Work out an hour plus everyday
Eat protein at every meal: Meats dairy products, nuts, seeds, and or beans
Eat the rainbow (only add things like chocolate and butter BUT only enough for flavor)
Kick my bf a** for the sake of our bet of course hehe
Try Jamba juice for the 1st time in my life
And nooooo complaining! :)
