My DietBet journey began in February 2015 and will end in June 2015. I have played 7 games and won 6 of them (only one I lost is because I accidentally joined with only 16 days to go and didn't lose 4%, but did lose 2.4%). I'm quite pleased with the results with clothes on, but I am "skinny fat" with my clothes off. I can definitely use skin removal surgery, but I'd rather spend any extra money on my kiddos than myself. 

For just about all of my bets I lost exactly 4%, so all of you people blowing past your 4% goals I congratulate you.  I've been so dedicated to this journey that I made my own meals for a three day travel baseball weekend, brought my own meals to restaurants when my family wanted to eat out, wake up at 5AM and sometimes 4AM to get my workout in for the day and I still barely made my goal in each game (except 1).

Beginning this week I started turbo carb cycling, but I already messed up! I did LC, LC, HC, LC...oops, HC today! I'll do LC tomorrow to make up the difference, or I may continue to do LC, LC, HC, LC, HC, LC, RD.  Weekends, Tuesdays and Thursdays will be my low carb days.  Mondays and Wednesdays will be my high car days and Friday will be my reward days where I can have a slice of pizza, a small piece of cheesecake, and/or a Justin's peanut butter cup.  

I'm looking forward to this being my new lifestyle, but eventually I would like to get up at 6AM consistently for workouts instead of 5AM.  When I settle into my new role at work I should have better hours for my workouts, but until then 5AM workouts are mine!
