In 2010 my twin boys turned 5.  I had gained over 30 lbs after having them loosing some of the baby weight. Especially when they turned a year and 1/2 and went back to work at a primarily sit down job. January 2010 I decided enough is enough. I was 5'10" weighing 210+ lbs.  some friends invited me to join them on saturdays for a jazzercise class. After realizing how much that kicked my butt I decided to join a gym during the week.  I logged all my foods and within a year and 1/2 lost 60 lbs.  Major accomplishment! This year I've hit a bad spot. I lost my dad, my mom has went through chemo and I've gained 15 lbs.  I can feel it too. I've continued to work out but not watch what I eat or drink.  I need a major motivator to get me back on track and get at least 10 lbs off to where I feel better.
