I am a mother and a wife. i work 3rd shift and sleep during the day. for me this is a big challenge trying to make time to workout ,eating healthy . but harder because my son and husband like takeouts. i know that i am going to get to my dream body . i just want to prove to my self that i can do this. i know ill have my ups and downs but ill try not to give up. what has made me stronge is that when i had my son i was 173 pound . i made a choice to lose weight n i did .i was a size 9/10 . currently im 151.6 my goal is to lose 30 pound i hope i have the strieght i need to lose that weight to be in better shape.
