Cut down your fat ,oil,carbs from our diet ..if not possible all of a sudden ..

gradually reduce it to nil....

This would be my first thought. let us not allow the fat to get deposited and seen as saggy bags in our

body.

OUR BODY - should love it and not to cause harm on any circumstances. if you are emotionally hurt !

go throughing a mood swing !...take a walk ...listen to music ...listen to u ..By walking you are

activating all the happy hormones inside your body and ultimately u feel good....when u do something

new u should feel good about it.

AM I RIGHT?    Be Happy and  do something ...trust me the results will shock u .....
