So yesterday marked my 1 week of Jillian's App. I can say I feel so much better, I have more energy. She is kicking my butt but its not so hard that It doesn't make me wanna stop. I love her motivation, the interaction that she has on this website is awesome. Its not just another dvd that you don't get to hear from the trainer. Its worth it. I make my husband do the workouts with me and we eat the same. Him a little more because he is a bigger boy than me, so he needs to eat a little more.
Other than all that its been good to get back into things since my surgeries. I had 3 knee surgeries since 2014 in which I gained a ton of weight, I also had my gallbladder removed in Febuary of this year. Since that surgery I have lost 15lbs and am finally starting to realize it. My shirts fit better, I feel better. This doesn't all consist of just working out, because I just started working out Last monday. That was just from changing little eating habbits, less greasy food because it wouldn't settle well or it would hurt my stomach. So now I'm eating right and not complaining. I'm more motivated to cook, before I would eat out all the time and never cook, and my husband would be the same.
So I'm starting a new chapter in my life. A healthy one, less video games, more working out and starting school at the end of May. So lots of changes. Just gotta stay motivated!!!
