Hi Lynda! First let me tell you that you are not alone. I just finished my last round of chemo for ovarian cancer (more to possibly come). I too am on this journey to be kind to my body and to start feeding it the healthy foods and exercise that it needs. The cancer and everything that comes along with it was the kick in the pants I needed to realize that this is the only body I get and its up to me to take care of it.
During all of my treatments I too had my good days and my bad days. But in the end I felt better when I forced myself to get out and exercise. Not only was it good for my body but mentally and emotionally it was rewarding as I felt like I had accomplished something great.
Keep getting on that horse and you will find success!!
