From the 1st DB I joined I was excited to be a part of something that kept me on my toes. I love challenges against myself. Staying focus and looking forward to the end results are a great gift to me. Can't wait to hear everyones encouraging remarks, these also help. I have always been a person who loved to workout but it wasn't until I changed my food habits that I begin to lose and keep it off. It has been 2ys and I'm still going strong. My goal now is to get toned and continue to keep it off. I know now it's a life long journey. I'm in it for the long hall. It took me a few years to go from 272 to 160. My goal now is 165 with weight training.
