I thought that losing 4% of my body weight would have been easy. Boy was I wrong. Many days I found myself wanting and having those pesky pastry snacks that I said that I would not eat all month. In fact today after weigh in I had a sinful breakfast meal as a reward for making my goal. But i need to get this month behind me and start the next game and adventure for that summer body. I spend most of the summer on the beach in Maine and i have been challenged to get down to 150lbs by March 12th. If i do, my BFF will buy me a new bikini. 12 lbs may be a stretch. But i am willing to take it on as a small goal and really push myself for the next 5 1/2 weeks. Put down that pastry woman....... keep on cycling....
