For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

I was at my goal weight last week but the way my weight fluctuates day to day I was still concerned about the weigh-in. I have found that salt and water intake make a BIG difference. Earlier in the week I had dinner at a Mexican restaurant. Not a good choice on weigh-in week. My weight was up 2.2 pounds the next day! I really focused on my sodium intake the next day and have been drinking lots of water to flush out my system of the extra sodium. I also did a couple of extra workouts and was able to get the weight back down but I would have been much better off without the extra carbs and sodium in the first place! When will I learn? Hope everyone else is doing well! We are in this for our health. Let's keep after it!
