  • Maple roasted veggies! Butternut squash, red onion, Brussel sprouts (from Trader Joe’s - so yummy to roast them like this!), with the Trader Joe’s smoked apple Chardonnay chicken sausage, tossed in olive oil and sugar free maple syrup! Was supposed to have carrots as well but those were slimy lol.

    I know butternut squash is technically a FFC, but I have still seen losses with veggie FFCs so we’ll see how this goes!
