I saw your comment as well. This happened to me too. One thing that might help you from getting discouraged is not to use the scale as your only source of measurement. Every few months I take measurements of my waist, hips, thighs, arms, neck, ect write them down and use that to help me see my progress. Even before and after pics can be helpful! If you still aren't seeing results try tracking your calorie intake to make sure you are not eating more calories after working out [I was doing that too lol] Sounds like you are on the right track with working out hard core!! GREAT JOB!! KEEP IT UP!!

I saw your comment about starting bootcamp and eating healthy and still gaining five pounds. I know your focus is to lose weight but if you are doing something to strengthen the muscles, such as bootcamp, it's normal to have a weight gain. I am sure that you have lost fat, but you have probably gained muscle which weighs more than fat. So weight gain can be a good thing. :) Don't get discouraged.
