Worked out and I’m inflamed for this week’s weigh-in, but I can tell I’ve lost weight because I’ve lost inches. I’m going to keep at it and record my food and I’m hopeful that it will balance out next week.

Didn't eat every sweet in sight this holiday like I normally do--showed restraint :)
