Non-scale victory of the week!
I started meditating, and did it successfully! (at least relative to every other time i tried)

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
I walked 6 days out of 7 but I'm no longer considering that exercise. I want to get more sleep, start taking melatonin, using my muse s, and being more proactive about taking a holistic approach and go back to drinking more water
