I started meditating, and did it successfully! (at least relative to every other time i tried)

I walked 6 days out of 7 but I'm no longer considering that exercise. I want to get more sleep, start taking melatonin, using my muse s, and being more proactive about taking a holistic approach and go back to drinking more water

I completed my first Conqueror Challenge: Bangkok! I walked every day except yesterday, which I spent catching up on schoolwork & completing my Biopsychology paper.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I also had things that had sugar/carb. not much but I'm getting a bit more relaxed with making small exceptions and I don't think I should

I'm on my last week of 3 StepBet challenges, which means I walked 6 days a week for 5-6 weeks! happy I've gotten better at making my walks productive by listening to textbooks in the morning as I walk and also joined my first Conqueror challenge! im committed to making this a lifestyle change

I hit all my step goals and stuck to my calorie limits, had 40% calories from protein

I'm really frustrated because my period has gone on for 60+ days which means my thyroid is resistant to medication which might be why I'm plateauing. I'm going to try to swim 1-2x this upcoming week

still swimming daily, even if it means working around some odd hours. took my first day off work and ate close to 5000 calories probably but also made time to swim and walked 13 miles that day

I have been cooking a lot of new healthy food and consistent with swimming once a day even when it means switching up my work schedule or working around the rain.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I still have had a hard time incorporating strength training videos consistently and making time for real estate classes.
