I fell into a slump. I got discouraged & fell off he wagon. But now I’m back & more motivated. Let’s do it.

I could have not eaten out & not drank soda.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I only had fast food once the last week & advised soda again! Plus I can zip my winter coat up without having to pull it up over my belly!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have eaten more fruits & veggies. Or snacked more throughout the day so I didn’t feel hungry all the time.

Resisting soda all week was definitely my NSV! Such an accomplishment.

I could have done some more weight workouts at the gym, but overall for my first week I did great!

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

The hardest thing for me has always been cooking the right foods and portion control. I’m hoping to get that under control now!
