I am struggling right now. I am a former CrossFit gym owner who, just two years ago, was in the best shape of my life. Over the last two years I struggled with depression, owned two businesses and was under an immense amount of stress. Sold my gym and now sit at a desk as a web designer up to 12 hours a day. I’ve gained 35 pounds and know it’s time to get healthy again. I’m starting with a personal trainer and dietitian tomorrow and hoping that, along with DietBet will help me reach my long term goals.
