To change my diet add get back on track with what needs to be done so I can be happy and healthy and take control of my body agian.I plan to get better sleep and a better view point of my body, I want to no longer be in a dark spot where everything is "too hard" my goal is not only to lose weight but to continue be determined and willing to do right for myself. I look forward to joining all of you can kicking some ass??
