Finding my focus again

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Everything. I was off my game, lost my mojo. Binged. Not in a good space.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

I will learn from my mistakes. Do better. Eat better. Focus on my goals, not food. Exercise. I recovered from my cold, still didn’t exercise and now I am sick again. Exercise because you can, not because you must.

Non-scale victory of the week!

The week has dramatically improved. I’ve said no to second helpings, watching my portion sizes and holding out until dinner and not eating crisps. Losing 10 kg is another accomplishment I am proud of.

Nothing. Just keep doing what you’re doing.
