Everything. I was off my game, lost my mojo. Binged. Not in a good space.

I will learn from my mistakes. Do better. Eat better. Focus on my goals, not food. Exercise. I recovered from my cold, still didn’t exercise and now I am sick again. Exercise because you can, not because you must.
