Non-scale victory of the week!
Went skiing for the 2nd time ever. I took a lesson and I was really proud of myself for trying something new and giving it my all.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Eating was a bit all over the place this week. It was my birthday so everyone was trying to spoil me with food and it was really hard to control my choices. I dealt with it okay but I could have been much better
