What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Yesterday I did a little self sabotaging. I want to do better with this. The best thing I can say about that was that at least I tracked my Taco Bell visit.

My goal this week for exercise is to walk every day again, for 1 hour. Diet: Save my points for this weekend when I go to the play with my mom. Track with weight watchers app every single day. Sleep goal: when I come in my room, put my phone right down.
