Non-scale victory of the week!

Using the squat rack and deadlifting all by myself at the Y.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

On Sat my cheat meal turned into a cheat day. Not doing that again.

I did deadlifts for the first time with my trainer on Mon, 115 lbs.

Managed my eating around my son's birthday better.
