Working out in the morning! & working out everyday

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Pushed myself just a little harder and not wasting too much time and thinking about working out or not. I gotta just do it

Doing meal prep for breakfast and lunch and exercising everyday

I forgot my lunch twice so I had to eat out, although I still made healthy choices I have to make sure I’m remembering and following my plan
