I have more than met my diet bet in a month I have lost over 15lbs it's amazing. Keto And IF only way to go.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I lost an inch off my waist, my arms and thighs feel smaller. I have lost my double chin and my neck looks longer.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Exercise more. Keto diet does a lot on its own but I need to exercise also so I don't have loose skin at the end.

My goal on this diet now is to loose 2lbs per week. I lost 5 this week so I feel I am on the right track!
