Made sure to have breakfast ready to grab and go each morning. Ran out of small fruit/low cal bars to tide me over on the train ride in to work.

I turned down bottomless mimosas, and in general have been successful in greatly reducing my alcohol/empty calorie beverage intake.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Planned better for eating out on Saturday. Told wait staff to hold the fries and bun on my burger bc while I didn't eat them all, I nibbled out of boredom.
