Non-scale victory of the week!
Ok, I’m back after a really stressful 2018. I managed to lose almost 90 lbs. in 2018, but I let my emotions take over as I was caregiving for my mom, and I gained just about all of it back, in a very short time. I’m so disappointed in myself. I gave up caregiving to focus on me, so I’m going to work on emotional eating and get it conquered. Emotional eating has been the problem practically my whole life. It’s why I have a weight issue in the first place. Jesus take the wheel and heal me of this once and for all. Setting down my emotional baggage right here.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I haven’t been doing anything right since Sept. so I actually made a step in the right direction...I joined my first Dietbet of 2019, to start the year off. Let’s do this!!

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Tonight I am celebrating the New Year then tomorrow I will weigh myself, and begin drinking my water, and eating fruits, veggies, nuts, legumes... plant based foods and see what happens.
