Intermittent fasting and keto for a couple of days! Snacking was to a minimum. I still snacked but since I had an accountability partner… it was a lot easier to resist. I'll never underestimate the power of accountability!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I was busy grading papers and I didn't get out to exercise as much as I HAD been… I kept getting distracted by Instagram and didnt get work done in time to go for a run.

Go exercise and not overeat! It's so hard now that the game is over but in a way… easier? I feel like I have a lot more belief in myself now that I have finished. I think I just prove to myself that I really DONT need that stack of pancakes and my body will be happier eating less but more wholesome.
